- Download and Print the Course Workbook and Meditation Journal to work alongside your Course. Keeping a journal has been extremely beneficial on my own journey. It provides you with a sounding board. It helps you to synthesize your thoughts into coherent sentences; this helps to clarify your actual thinking process. It can be inspiring to read what you’ve written a year from now.
- Set aside time each day to do the Course. It’s designed to teach you systematically and experientially to meditate, so that you have a felt experience of meditation. Go through each lesson in the order they are presented.
- Commit to doing the Guided Meditations, it’s worth it! It will make things easier and help you learn quicker.
- Core Principles of Each Module: If for some reason you feel that you just are not able to go through each lesson and you want to jump to just read the core principles, just remember your understanding of the core principles and each module will only be superficial and may not produce the desired results.
- Only with Regular practice in meditation, you will find, almost immediately, that you are feeling more relaxed and at peace. And, gradually over the first few weeks or so of your regular meditation, you will start to feel various sensations throughout your body. This will be the indication of a growing awareness of the subtle body within.
