I went as far as spending 6 months in solitude meditation, in the Himalayan Mountains, where I sat in meditation for over 12 hours a day. I initially set out on this path in search for relief from my own suffering; anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and lack of connection. It led me to study yoga, meditation, philosophy, shamanism, transpersonal psychology, and other forms of personal development and mysticism. The process emerged as my vocation to helping others achieve balance, peace and self-realization.
